Exchange and Return Policy on Wonders of the Earth

At Wonders of the Earth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return your item within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- The product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals and accessories.
- The product must not have been used or opened.
- Product must be returned with valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.
- The product must have been delivered to issue a refund (not in transit).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contacto@maravillaslatierra.com. They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for shipping the product back to us.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the conditions mentioned. If so, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

All returns are subject to approval and must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of their returned item(s) + a $10 restocking fee per jar (which will be deducted from the original payment amount), and all shipping charges and costs are not They are refundable. Upon approval, a shipping address will be emailed to you.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT FREE EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON ORDERS PLACED UNDER A SALE PROMOTION. (Ex: 2 for 1, 50% off, etc.) Exchanges and returns are available only for items purchased AT FULL PRICE.

**Cancellations**

To possibly qualify for an order cancellation, you must contact us via email within 5 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, your order may have already been processed, in which case we would not be able to cancel your order at that time.

**Changes**

We offer a ONE-TIME FREE EXCHANGE service for all paid purchases, excluding sale promotion items. If you accept this offer, all future refund requests will be waived for that order.

**Damage and incidents**

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will be happy to send a new item depending on your proof of such circumstance. *However, if the customer breaks or damages the product during use, no refunds will be given.

**Exceptions / non-returnable items**

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as special order or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch

if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

**European Union 14-day reflection period**

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or worn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Refunds**

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
